You’ll really ship anything free?

Yup, but only within the continental United States, which excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories. We price items with an average shipping cost built into the price. Sometimes we do lose out a little on shipping, but a good consumer experience is our priority. Inked Vintage customers don’t have to worry about unexpected fees at check out (only tax).

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Absolutely, but for an additional fee depending on your location. We will have to add the appropriate shipping cost to your total. Contact us about worldwide orders.

When will you ship my order?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Do you have local pick up discounts?

Yessiree, we are based in Old City, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. If you are able to pick up your order from our location, you can use coupon code PHILLYPICKUP for 15% off at checkout. Our location will be given after your Order Confirmation. Curbside pick-up!

How is the quality of your items?

Some imperfections are to be expected due to the age of the vintage goods. We pick items with as little imperfections as possible. If it does have any visible damage, it is specified for each item and most likely photographed.

I've placed my order, now what?

As one person team, I can take from 1-2 days to pack and ship your order, but I try my best to ship within 24 hours. Once your order is shipped please follow your tracking number through to delivery. Once your package is given to USPS, it is out of my hands. I will help you investigate any late or missing packages.

Do I have to pay taxes?

US Customers: At check out, taxes will be added on to your purchase. Percentage varies state to state.

Non-US Customers: Orders shipped outside the U.S. will be delivered on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, and the recipient is responsible for paying all international customs and clearance related duty/tax. Inked Vintage is not responsible for payment of this duty. Please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you, regulations and guidelines differ by country.

What if I want to return item(s)?
